A Step Forward

Every end has a new beginning,
And each year comes to an end.
Friendships are created,
And vows are tied.

We've traveled through eras,
Passed through wars,
Gained our achievements,
And had our losses.
Every move we had selected,
Led to a different path.

Legends were told,
Passed from father to son.
Melodies were composed,
From pure feelings from a crying soul.

History has been made
Science took a step forward,
Philosophers argued
And thinkers made their thoughts.

Ballads and poems,
Music came to life.
Art and sculptures,
they were all created.

Shakespeare, Da-Vinchi and Einstein
They all did something that changed us.
They gave hope to humanity.

So many shaped our world,
And so many ruined it.
Life has always been made,
Now it’s our turn to fix our world.
Our job is to use our wisdom for the best ,
And be better for everyone including ourselves.
