My pleasure my pain

It's like a roller coaster,
One day you're up, and then you crash on the floor.
You want to be stronger,
But you're less than what you had before.

Why do we insist to love what we should hate?
Why do we insist to keep what is already gone?
Why do we insist to have what we don't want?
Why do we insist to be alone?

And so, I'm going on my way,
Passing through another day.

So this must be the end of this trail.
No more to have, no more to give, I'm dead.
Again, I fall for the game,
It's always the same.
My pleasure my pain.

I'm trying to hold on, not to slip,
But I'm clinging with my nails other the cliff.
We're breaking all the walls in vain,
And then we have the sass to complain.

Why do we insist to love what we should hate?
Why do we insist to keep what is already gone?
Why do we insist to have what we don't want?
Why do we insist to be alone?

So this must be the end of this trail.
No more to have, no more to give, I'm dead.
Again, I fall for the game,
It's always the same.
My pleasure my pain.

My pleasure my pain,
Take me there once again,
I know it's dragging me down,
But I seem to not care.
I'm up, then down again,
Going nowhere, in vain,
My pleasure my pain.

So where is it leading me to?
Who should I trust?

So this must be the end of this trail.
No more to have, no more to give, I'm dead.
Again, I fall for the game,
It's always the same.
My pleasure my pain.
